I went for a blood test on monday and hadnt taken t3 (i'm in a cycle) that day. However, the test came back and they said there was a thyroid abnormality. They said it jsut does not make sense, and perhaps it was a lab error. I havent taken t3 since tuesday, and they want to repeat the test on this coming monday. Will it all be out of my system by then and back to normal? How long does it take?

Cytomel has a half life of about 7 hours so you should be fine on Monday

Hormone production does not resume pre-medicated production at the same rate of metabolic breakdown on medications typically used in a quantity which increases serum levels beyond that of a homeostatic range.

It depends on your genetics, how long your took cytomel for and the dose you were taking. Could range from a couple weeks to a couple months.
