I was wondering if anyone has used D-phenylalanine? Not to be confused with L-phenylalanine or DL-phenylalanine. This form of phenylalanine blocks enkephalinase, an enzyme that may act to increase pain levels in the body or reduce endorphins. Has anyone had success with this? I'm always in pain, a few car accidents, scar tissue, the works and I feel overly sensitive as well these days. Like my pain threshold isn't what it used to be. Also my endorphin rush at the end of exercise is very short or not there anymore. Almost not measureable at times. I was wondering if supplementing with this would increase that as well as my pain threshold. Thanks bro's.

I have not used this form b4... but u might want to try 1 tsp of 1-carboxy b4 ur workouts... this has helped tremendously with the mind/muscle connection as well as making me feel great like an endorphin rush but better...
