    Canola oil


    Hi is canola oil healthy oil to use day to day know its not a supplement. Know it is marketed as healthy and know there are some people who think it is bad for you.
    Just is a lot cheaper than olive oil which i usualy buy.

    I dunno how healthy it is, but some oils I would recomend are coconut, peanut, and macadamia nut oil. All good healthy solid choices for a cooking oil and if ur just coating something or pan frying you wouldn't need much I only use veg oil when I'm deep frying porkchops or chicken wings

    Canola oil is very healthy. Might perhaps be better than olive oil but i like olive oil too much to switch.

    Its around 50% cheaper than olive oil never used it yet. Just curious as if any experts know as there seems to be a little contraversey on it when i google bit like soya protein.

    Saturated Fats
