I reading some info about nutrition in these days and has mention the importance of digestive enzymes for better absorption with the food nutrients well this is a waste of money or is a good investment and has a bad interaction with some supplements?

p.s. near my house i found a natural supplement store and has a supplement with this facts:

Special Digestive Enzyme Complex 284 mg
Papain (as papaya extract) 800,00 USP
Bromelain (as pineapple extract) 900,000 USP
Amylase .. 12,500 USP
Protease .. 12,500 USP
Lipase .. 1,000 USP
Cellulase .. 200 C1ase

looks good but underdosed due to the many ingredients. I take Gut Health before high protein meals and it sure helps!

beverly international makes a good digestive supplement. It is cheap and works well for me.

Find one you like and you will never go without it. I personally do not use it for every meal just the larger ones.

I call enzymes "buffet killers."
