are these expectations reasonable??

can i expect to drop down to 9% bf in 3-4 weeks with this schedual....

t3/clen with normal dosing(that most people have recomend)
1 cap of havoc(prevent muscle loss)
about 1500 cals per day with 150-180 grams of protein and moderate carbs
lifting 4x per week
cardio Mon-Sat
5'9 12-13% bf

i plan on doing this for 6 weeks but just wondering if i can hit 9% by week 3-4?

Sounds attainable as long as you stay with your diet and cardio. T3 and Clen is a pretty good combo for weight loss too. Sounds like your bf is already pretty low anyway so you should be able to do it. Good luck.

after researching some more i think i will crank up the protien to about 250g to help maintain muscle.

6 weeks of a prohormone? do you have any PCT lined up? rationale for a subtherapeutic dose?
and if i may ask, why are you cutting at 159lbs? you need more mass.

You can drop to 9% without pro hormones, get your diet in check, get a fat burner, do some HIIT and maybe some fasted cardio, experiment a little bit anf find out what works for you before you start with that stuff...and clen is serious, you are also 19, which is too young for AAS or prohormones

you can keep muscle as well without the use of a PH. BCAA's babay

When cutting I take BCAA's in between meals. it replaces my in between snacks or meals when normally bulking. Its up to you though how much you wanna take.

That is ridiculous at 19. You should be able to get that done doing 20 mins of cardio at WU 5 days a week and mixing in some HIIT in a month without the BS.

yeah id agree with that, dude clenbuterol can be dangerous stuff.
