whats your pre-workout stack?

I like taking I-LOAD (like anabolic pump) then having pre-workout shake containing 1 scoop whey protein scoop and a half of karbolyn and acoop of cell-mass then roughly 45min later 1 serving(6 pills) of hemadroulix and 2 scoops of Hemorage. I find this gives me insaine pumps and energy while workingout. What do you guys do for pre-workout?

then some whey and water or skim milk 15 minutes before lifting.

y-rd and c2 are available from a uk onlineshop, the c2 is on clearance sale and about 20 pounds.i dont know if its worth it for americans to order from uk, but it seems they have some stuff there that is not available for you guys anymore.
