Ok, well I guess nutra isn't getting in any of the Icariin 50% anytime soon so think I am about to buy some bulk HGW 20%. What would be a good dosing scheme for this?
I have looked at things like PCT assist which daily you get 500mg of 40% so in actives that is 200mg QD (per day). In the nutra bulk powder then I would need around 1 gm QD. Is this enough? Suggestions please.
I have seen a straight 60% Icariin extract that I thought about buying but it is overseas and dunno how long it would take to get here.
