Epistane& M-drol dosage

Hey guys, im new to this site and ive got a question. Im going to be running a 4 week cycle of epistane and mdrol and im not quite set on my dosage yet.im sorry if this is a dumb question but im just here to look for suggestions.

youd get better answers posting this in the anabolic section....


but if it were ME, id run 20/20/20/20 on both compounds. maybe raise them to 30 the last couple weeks, but no more than 30, especially the m-drol.
