Working on blend to work perfectly with this (according to research study amounts that show positive effects!) for Intra-workout...Also thinking of putting together a specific "pump" assist product to go with pre-workout (so far looks like 4.5g Glycine Propionyl Hydrochloride (GlycoCarn) and 1.5g ).
Definitely hard to find good ones these days with supp companies putting huge markups on their products and putting tons of caffeine (which is super cheap!) and then 50 ingredients at doses that don't do crap (but looks good when people who don't look at dosage amounts go and google supp facts and read what ingreadients are supposed to do!) haha!
