yep so i did the following yesterday for my chest workout:
5g beta alanine
5g dicreatine malate
75g waxy maize starch
1 cap pslin
2 caps syntrax fyre-fat burner
holy hell did i get a pump, i looked like i had double d's, no joke. I got so pumped that i felt like i couldnt lift as much as i usually do the last couple sets....but like i said it was awsome, just as good if not better then any PW drink out there...
I drink a protein shake prior to working out -
1 scoop On Whey protein
1 tsp of glutamine
1 tsp of AAKG
1 tsp of creatine
1 scoop of waxymaize
1 scoop Purple Wrath (for Flavor)
1 caffeine tab
All bulk powders from NP, dirt cheap! I have another mix for Post WO, with Creatine, etc.
3 scoops DominATP
3 scoops Jack3d
1 1/4 tsp of Super Cissus RX
600 MG of Alpha GPC
10 G BCAA drank before and during
1 cup of coffee
I have a patented technique that works about 95% of the time where I pool a little water in my mouth, put the cissus on top, then swallow a large amount of water to make sure it gets washed down. I know, it's a lot of work to save money on a capping kit that's cheap anyway.
to those who put caffeine in their pre w/o brews, isn't that counter productive because it actually restricts blood vessels, and in order to have a good pump blood vessels need to dilate?
just wondering cause this is just what i heard.
maybe the extra energy boost out weighs the restriction of blood vessels

I'm new to making my own preworkouts. I haven't gotten my supplies from NP yet, and I want to add Agmatine whenever it's in stock. For reference, 3 scoops of Jack3d gives me 4/5 pumps and 5/5 focus and almost feeling high after. Anyone have an opinion for me?
And what good does waxy maize do??
Waxy maize is carbs, most use it post workout
CEE doesn't work. I'm not bashing all creatines, but ethyl ester actually ruins creatine. Search it.
Anyone ever try putting together the ingredients in Slim Xtreme are pre workout? I was looking at Nutra and found most the stuff in bulk and really wanted to try it but it gets a little spendy...
i think universal Shock therapy is a great foundation, and you need flavoring, and it has goof with that, and it reasonably price 30-35 bucks for 50 servings.

Youve got all that in there, some of that stuff would be hard to mix, to much to get in all in there.
On top of that id add
-Low dose Arichindonic Acid
-1 gram more beta alanine
-maybe 2-4 grams bulks cissus
-4 cap Prime
-1 cap oxyelite pro or 12.5 mg ephedrine(only for advanced stim users)
-3 more grams citruline malate or some Citruvol XS
-5 grams BCAA's
The pumps and energy off that would be literally crazy
Im going to employ this in about a week, when all my stuff comes in.
So far the best pre-workout mix I've made consisted of....
1g Vit C
3g Kre-Alkalyn (Also consisted of 120mg ALA and 10mg Vanadyl)
And a serving of Lipo 6 (Best cheap thermo-stim I have ever had)
Soon enough I plan on making an addition of 10g Glutamine.
