Ive been taking Jacked, let me first say I loveee the stuff, i def. felt more of an increase in putting up the weights, but I crash majorly literally within an hour of taking it, lately ive been feeling the crash while working out, id still have the strength, but i would be very shaky, and dizzy, then id be very tired but not sleepy if that makes sense, I reduced the intake to jus half of a scoop, and same thing :(, so what I'm asking is, should I just take like a small pinch of it, and take regular creatine half hour before I work out? like is it the creatine thats giving me the extra strength ,or is it the main ingredient arginine?

QUIT TAKING JACKED!!!!!! If you would have done some searches man you would see that alot of people are saying the exact same thing that you are. I experienced the same thing. Never taking that isht again. There are ALOT better products out there IMHO. Try Scivation Vasocharge it's great stuff. Jacked is DEF not worth the horrible crash you get. You feel like a dang rock when you get it and youre basically useless. Get a diff preworkout supp man :D. If you do some google searches you will see that many people are saying what you are.
 
This is true. Some people love it. However, it seems that everyone gets this effect to some point when they start taking the higher doses.

Quite the generalization you are making there. You don't like it, leave it at that. I feel no different if I take a 1/2 scoop vs. 2 1/2 scoops afterwords. I think people confuse fatigue from the intensity of the workout with the slight crash you can get from a lot of geranium. I'm a big fan of it if you can't tell but then again I also don't respond negatively to geranium, quite the opposite. If you don't want to crash, get something with a lot of caffeine like Ready4War since caffeine has a 5 hour half life (hence 5 hour energy shots...) and is a ridiculously strong pre-workout.
 
You may want to try something like White Flood, the pumps you get from it are really good, and personally I have never had a crash from it, I add about 2 more grams of bulk AAKG to it and 2 grams of beta-alanine to it and sometimes your muscles feel like there going to explode, this is my tried and true preworkout

That was a generalization but I said TO SOME POINT. It can be a little or alot and like you said some people have no side effect and that is great. But yeah geranium is a killer for some people while for others it works great.

x2 ^ I love white flood. It's a great product and tastes good as well. Also look into Vasocharge and Black Powder as they are good as well. However, Black Powder may give a little bloat but nothing to write home about. Hope all this helps man. Goodluck.
 
The cool thing about Vasocharge is you can normally get it for about $10 if you get a large tub of Xtend... a great way to get your pre-intra-post drinks for cheap.

Yeah man. The "tingle" is from the beta alanine and it is a harmless side effect that only last 1-2 weeks. I personally love it :). But they are both GREAT products and as posted above buy the stack of xtend and vaso and you get the vaso really cheap along with xtend. Great deal IMO.
 
I have been taking Jack3d for about a week, on workout days only 1.5 scoop. I noticed that I get a little shaky after about 45 min of takin it, just a little. So I would take another 1/2 scoop and start working out. Workouts are really focused, energized etc. No complains there. Have not had crashes from it either. However, yesterday, I did a lot of work around the house, then worked legs (squats, etc) at noon. After that continued with chores. Lots of energy on 2 scoops of Jack3d. Loved it. Felt sleepy around 10:00pm, went to bed and for the life of me could not fall asleep untill about 02:00am. While trying to fall asleep, measured my BP and it was 122 over 72. Normal
I still think it is a great product, I just need to find the right dose/time of day to take it.
 
If anyone with poor experiences wants to send me any unused Jack3d I will be more than willing to get this devil-product out of your house.

Hey all.. I did a log on jack.. I had the same issue but what I did was- i eat some CHO 45 min before I took Jack, it work very well for me after that no cash and I felt great....

i dont any neg from jacked. i do get alittle tired after workout i thought that may of been just from the intense workout.
 
i just feel heaps chilled after a good workout with jack3d, i train when i have breaks at uni and usually end up at tutes with a big goofy smile on my face. it's a good place to be.

never experienced a crash with the stuff, although recently i've had to up the dose to 4 scoops and still haven't felt anything :S

dude cycle off of it for 4 weeks! It sounds like you have been taking it too long bro :)
 
it's real hit and miss mate. i don't take it every day, only before i weight train (4 sessions/week) and even then not every time, only when i feel like i need it

you're probably right though, i'll give it a rest for a while and then come back to it!

depending on how long you have been taking it I would take at least two weeks off to clean out your adrenal receptors. You will be AMAZED at the difference it will make and you will be get insane energy and pumps in the gym again for a long time with this product if you just allow your body to get sensitive to stimulants again :D. Goodluck
