Natrual cycle for a noob

History:
So I'm pretty well out of shape now... I don't look out of shape with my shirt on but in HS I was a varsity football/basketball player, and even then when I was working out everyday for hours a day - on super high cal diets. My stats were less than impressive. I was always athletically active and thus very lean.

The problem:
In the past two years I have dropped to no athletic activity (1 year married and office/sit on my ass job for 10hr/4dy 4dy/wk.) I've lost about 15lbs of muscle and as my wife noticed before I did the six pack I've had since 8th grade is gone... (I know I should cry moar lol don't flame me) In any case that's the last straw.

Although I worked out pretty religiously from about 14yo or 15yo until I was about 24. The only supp I ever used was weight gainer the (1850 cal stuff from the mid 90s if anyone remembers that).

The Goal:
So I'm thinking i should do this in 2 steps.

1) get back to "normal" (for me 170lbs 10%) I don't mind spending 6-12 months to get back to that but I need to:

A) keep the gains
B) avoid sex drive/sperm count/natural production related sides (we want to have a baby)

My Cycle
Now I've been doing some research and this is what I have come up with as a supplement cycle. Keeping in mind my goal of adding and keeping 20lbs of muscle and cutting about 1/3 of my body fat in 6 months to 1 years time. Please critique this cycle.

Questions
Will this cycle/stack work?
Will it effect natural Test production?
Is there a recommended PCT? (I have had one recommendation of Rebuilt PCT but i think that has stronger PH's that anything else in my cycle)
Do I need an Estro blocker in this stack? if so what is recommended?
Did I forget something else?

I will reserve disclosing the 2nd part of the goal till the 1st part is in sight

If i could go back and redo the first serious year of weightlifting i did, when i got back into it, I would take the >$1500 i spent on supps and I would buy better food. I'd buy more meat, i'd buy cleaner carbs. I would do diet better.

Diet >>>>>>> supplements

When you TRULY learn diet, you will succeed as a bodybuilder.

yeah, BIG TIME SECOND on what Unreal said. If you havent been active for a while, then simply hitting the gym HARD and eating like crazy will get you back up there. But here is my opinion on your post.

Truthfully, that isnt much of a "cycle" at all. Its more of just a couple supplements that are thrown together at set doseages. Unless you are a heavy drinker or have liver problems, then the milk thistle really isnt necessary. And the rosea isnt much of a test booster, more of an anti-depressant mood enhancer. The DHEA and creatine are fine but are more of everyday supps.

It is obvious that you want to stay on the mild side, which is completely okay; i actually admire the fact that you dont automatically ask "whats the best prohormone i can take to get swole?".....So here are my suggestions (keep in mind this is my opinion)

1. drop the milk thistle and the rosea, as they wont do much for assisting in growth
2. (as stated above)....EAT, simple as that
3. Stay hydrated throughout the day. the main component involved in success when taking creatine is the good old h2o.
4. No need to pyramid the DHEA doses, simply take the product as stated on the label.
5. If you want to stay mild and avoid harsh products, look into a testosterone booster with all natural ingredients (NOW foods TestoJack100 is one). These can increase your free testosterone, increase libido, etc. etc

Just some personal suggestions to consider.

To answer your questions at the bottom, you wont need PCT for this, nor will you need any anti-aromitase (anti-estrogen) supps.
