I was just wondering if you guys could help me out. Im just starting out, kinda. I've been working out for a few years now, but to only lose weight. Now im trying to bulk up.
Im taking Anabolic pump and creatine and of course protein shakes.
Im trying to get into a workout routine from week to week. If you have any suggestions, comments, or words of wisdom im open for some.

Read every single sticky in every single subforum here. Then go over to bb . com and do the same. You will find a wealth of knowledge and guidance. Stay away from PH/DS and the like, get a diet that's on point with your goals and train like an animal. Diet and training are the primary components to success. Eat big, lift hard, get big.
