hey, i've done PHs in the past, such as SDrol and M1T, but i haven't taken anything in the last 4 years. I was thinking about taking mdrol to cut down a bit, i'm currently 26yo at 19% bf. now my question is will the mdrol be effective to not lose muscle, and maybe add some type of gains if my diet will be limited to about 1600 cals a day?
