Ive never taken these supplements before and was looking for recomendations on the best way to take them. Ive seen where some are taking the AP for weeks 1-4 and the P-slin for weeks 5-8, and where others are using them together. I will be taking in the recommended amount of carbs while on this and I think I pretty much understand how it works. Looking for lean mass gains and the best way to get them. I would like to drop a little bf and gain muscle while doing it. Opinions are very much appreciated.

Snack-9:30
Lunch-11:30
Snack-2pm
Dinner-5pm
Workout-6:30pm
PWO shake following workout with some carbs
Bedtime-10:30pm-----protein shake right before bed
