ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid) ...

I would like your imput on ALA. I've read a bit recently about its effects, and Im courious if you all have comments about it.

Claims include:
- Control Insulin uptake
- Clense liver
-Anti aging/anti oxidant
-Water/fat soulible

So if all of this is true, wouldnt it be a cheap stable in PCT??

Just courious about the carb meal?, does it make you crave/ or is it just part of your diet?

I see Actyl-L-Carnitine (ALCAR) is shown to uptake the fatty acids in the body well and metabolize it for energy, so I assume that is where the pumps come from...
