hello everyone..I didnt know where to put this so hopefully this is the right spot. Im new to working out <kind of> ive been drumming for 19 years now im 23..I weigh 196..I have lost 4 lbs in about a week and ahalf..I changed my diet and am starting to workout..My problem area is my gut..I figured i should work off tha gut then worry about bulking up afterwards? or what? Im kinda lost at all this stuff..so if anyone can help on anything..diests,supplements, anything please help me..thanks

pick an area you want to learn more about and look through those threads. there are few questions here that havent already been asked. there is also a search option on the control panel.... use it. it wont let you down.
