What to take according to my training?

Ever since I tried H-Drol, and had to lay off it due to complications, I changed my training style and thus would like to throw in some supplements that would compliment it.

My training is basically Combat Sports training, the kind of training i've always love...Heavy bag, cross training, circuits, sprints, long runs...Almost all body weight stuff. As far as goals go; lower bodyfat, thickening muscle. Gaining mass isnt even a priority. Any ideas what I should look into?

Also, another question which will probably involved a PCT, but my back has always had some acne on it, and now my chest has broke out pretty bad (not taking anything) since starting Wrestling/BJJ training. What would you recommend for it (or possibly throw it it in my pct).

Appreciate any help.
