Contacting Nimbus Nutrition

I've been trying to send them an email for a few days now to ask some questions, and their contact page is broken on their website. (form is there, submitting goes to an invalid page)

Anyone know how to get in touch with them? There is no email or phone #'s listed on their site at all.
