How many grams of BCAA Should I supplement?

  1. How many grams of BCAA Should I supplement?

Ok, i've researched some people saying 5 grams, some people saying 30-40 grams. Is this what you guys actually supplement, or what? I know my whey protein and casein shakes have bcaa's as well, so I would be counting them.

I bought some bulk bcaa's and wondered how much I should actually take and when....I swear some people say during workout, some after work out with their protein, and some say on an empty stomach......

It's starting to sound like personal preferance, and I didn't know if there was any actual reason to take bcaa's at a certain time....

  2. On our BCAA product RecoverPRO for people over 180 lbs is slightly over 20g and it a 4:1:1 ratio.
Ask me for samples of the new RecoverPRO and Maniac. 3Z is coming July 1st Facebook for more info and maybe a great deal on it coming.!/TeamAISports

  3. Do not count the BCAA content with your protein powders. BCAA are within all complete proteins and taking them in a peptide-bound fashion (e.g. protein powder) is completely different from taking them in a free-form fashion (e.g. Xtend, RecoverPRO).

I use between 15-20g of BCAA post-WO along with WMS and some other goodies. When really trying to cut, and, therefore, low calories, I mix 20g into a gallon jug and drink it throughout the day.
