getting jacked!

The old ultimate orange from the mid 90s is the best pre-workout boost i ever used. These days I just wash down a caffeine pill with a mountain dew.

yeah.. i like 30mg of m5aa along side 12.5mg of ephedrine and a diet mt dew.

sometimes i will just run 15mg of halo.. that is on basketball league days..

halo while playing basketball is the ****.. wish i knew about this while playing college ball.

yeah, the old ultimate orange was good ****. used that before my kickboxing ring fights and probably saved me a few black eyes. also, remember hot stuff back then? that **** gave me instant woody.

now pre-workout, i use clenbutrx, eca, or e+go.
 
I've been using l-tyrosine, swole v2, powertrain and 100mg caffeine before workouts. I've been performing lengthy sessions on my bulking cycle and have plenty of energy in reserve at the end of the workout.

And Blackstar Labs is the maker of GO.
 
ok.. what raw ingredients would one use to create the ultimate pre-workout amp?


1. l-tyrosine - mg?
2. epehdrine hcl - mg?
3. caffeine - mg?
4.... ?
 
25mg Eph HCL & 200mg caffeine used to do it for me.

That was back in my college days when you could get pure ephedrine (without any expectorant in it) for $3 at any gas station. I took eph every day for over 5 years & stopped using it about a year ago. I think i became immune, 50mg in the mornings did nothing for me.
 
When combining ephedrine and l-tyrosine I find that it is advisable to start low with each in order to find a tolerable dosage, as the l-tyrosine really potentiates the effects of the ephedrine. I find that as low as 16 mg of ephedrine and 400mg l-tyrosine works just fine, and any more of either tends to jack my heartrate up too much.

Another good addition would be alcar, anywhere from 500mg to several grams depending on how much you can afford to use.

based on your post i would guess you are from BFE indiana.

it is 'crips' not crypts.

in any case, you dont even need to yell anything, just stand on any corner of century blvd in inglewood wearing all red. my cousin made that mistake one night when we went to a concert @ hollywood park casino. needless to say we went back to the hotel and he changed into something more neutral.
 
5AA intranasal and a pill of Sans Tight got me royally jacked... The 5AA after taste was so disgusting though as it ran down the nasal cavity and into the back of the throat though.... Doesn't bother others...but for me...maybe it was that awful taste that just pissed me off and made me want to lift hahah :)

That stuff was pretty good - but i work out at night and it definitely kept me up.
 
Wasn't Ultimate Orange just ECA with a carb drink?

I've stayed away from stimulants the past while. But I had a "natural" products called Adrenal+ from Ehn that surprisingly got me pretty wired. I think that was the name - it's from the same company that does Greens+
I'd take that and some HydroTest, and it would feel like a mild form of ECA to me.
