i missed my night dose of novedex xt last night... should i dose before workout? or what benefits or no benefits would i see from dosing, say an hour before workout?

just keep the same schedule. no big deal. if you missed a dose, pick up where you left off.....

no there's nothing in there that i believe would help or hurt taking it pre-w/o
