Making a smoothie from berries, bananas, spinach (trust me, you can't taste it), and protein post-WO is a good way to sneak them in.

When I can't get my veggies in, I toss down the macrogreens. I can barely taste it when I put a little ocean spray in the mix...i feel that it does the job. I get the same results, systematically, as to when I down several veggies a day. Pertaining to my smooth stools, and vibrant energy is what I am referring to.

Try The Ultimate Meal by Ultimate Life. You can only get it online or at Vitamin Shoppe. I have used it every morning for the last year and have never felt better. It is outstanding. I mix it with a tablespoon of superfruit powder, 8oz Green Goodness Smoothie by Bolthouse Farms and 8oz H2O. You will not regret it.
