1. Creatine

    I am looking for suggestions on dosing creatine. Here is what I am thinking about.

    15grams/day creatine with some kind of dextrose drink(100 grams)

  2. Here a standard and most oftern used dosage for creatine.
    First 5-7 days: 20grams ('loading phase')
    The following weeks: 5-10 grams per day ('maintenance phase')
    Creatine cycling is kind of a debate but i feel 6-8 week use, then some off period is god
