Ok so here is my supplement plan I was thinking on running. It is a little on the spendy side but think it would be pretty good. Tell me what ya'll think. My goal is to shed some lbs while gaining some muscle and getting stronger.....I know a tuffy. I actually like the size I am at now just would like my waist to come down a tad more without risking the loss of muscle.

Insulin support: Dosed with my 3 carb meals (breakfast, pre/post workout)

Additionals:
USP SuperCis (shoulder and elbow tendon been killing so thought about trying this out)
Jarrow Alpha-GPC (Memory....also read an article where it boosted strength by 14% when taken 60-90 pre-workout)
So Is this overkill? Prob so but dunno what I could do without? Suggestions? Thanks
