Just sent you a pm.

I'm really hoping this is a mistake. I just broke the news to my wife. Usually she's about as aggressive as Ghandi but i saw a look i've never seen in the 11 years i've known her.................and i never want to see again!!!!!!! :censored:

shipped some there in the other day but every capsule product is currently illegal in Australia. You import at your own risk.

EVERY capsule product? So does this mean the bulk powder is fine to import?

I just tried a dummy order with another capsule product and the "error" message didn't come up!! Then i added one more and no message. It wasn't until i t added the Cissus that the message came up again.

My frustration is not with you but I HAVE been told our customs are the absolute worst to deal with.

I just want my wife to be pain free from osteo arthritis. Your Super Cissus Rx does this. How hard is it going to get????

Australia, the TGA, and supplements

...but every capsule product is currently illegal in Australia. You import at your own risk.

Due to the current situation with the TGA, any products that are not in POWDER form are risky to import, and, as Jacob said, done at your own risk. Individuals who import capsuled products may get away with it, but distributor and retailers (who order large quantities of product) will not.

Products that come in capsules that are on the TGA's "approved" list should be fine, though.

*edit*
Commercial qualities have nothing to do with personal use.
There is laws in place for commercial suppliers to use, and yes now product's must be registered with the TGA.

ONCE AGAIN... COMMERCIAL QUALITIES ONLY.

Personal use for up to 3 months is FINE to import.

I refer to a list from the TGA website whenever i order something new. Which is hardly ever as i have my staples and stick to them.......usually!! There is the odd occassion that i try something new.

But Cissus.............come on. Do they make up the rules as they go along. If it was something cosmetic that i, myself use i'd use the "F" word once or twice and i'd be over it.

The reason i am so angry, and for me to get like this is rare, is that i have witnessed this product CURE my wifes osteo-arthritis that used to wake her up at night because it was that bad.

She hardly ever complains about it but to see how happy she has been since she can exercise pain free again is nothing short of amazing so it has actually improved the lives of our whole family.

We are all doing more now because we can. Pre Cissus she sometimes didn't want to leave the house she felt so miserable because of the pain. So, for absolutely no reason this could be in jeopardy because someone has put it onto the banned list.....but why? There is NO explanation, no reason. We are just supposed to accept it!!!!!

If there were serious sides or even potentially serious sides i could understand but other than her third arm and the horn growing out of the middle of her forehead :D we haven't seen any. edit: Sorry, had to break the mood up a bit.

I'm actually still stunned that i'm even writing about this stupidity. I'm just hoping that someone has made a mistake.........maybe it was the new guy!!!!

What current situation with the TGA?

I wouldn't bother trying to get something through customs here that wasn't legal. What is the deal with capsuled products?

I, as well as my wife base our lives on common sense and in this scenario.

-We have access to the internet,
-We can order supplements cheaper from the US.
-We check to see if it's legal here.
-If it is we order it
-Where is the problem here?

I am stunned at some peoples stupidity and willingness to make life uncomfortable for people who have done nothing wrong. And no, i'm not referring to you Rosie. I know you must abide by the rules. I just wasn't aware of any new laws or regulations.

The TGA is making it very difficult for companies as there is a fine line between homeopathic supplements and products considered to be of a pharmaceutical nature (i.e. something that has "claims"; it it has "claims", then it is considered prescriptive), and everything has to go through a process of being registered and approved by them before it can be 'legally' sold in Australia. This has been extending to those importing goods in larger quantities (so individuals who order, as mentioned, less than or equal to 3 months personal use supply should (note the SHOULD) be ok).

I would have to find out more. I have had it explained to me, but the point was what I remembered most.

It's simple.

Email the TGA.. get clearance for a product, keep a copy of the email.
Best advice from customs.

:)

Sounds simple enough doesn't it? But as i get my advice from the TGA website with specified links i've had sent to me from a TGA staff member i'm assuming that would be enough, unless they change the rules / regulations often.

Don't forget we are talking Cissus here, Cissus!!!!! Not p/h or ephedrine.

ERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.
I'll say it again.

YOU CAN IMPORT. NOTHING IS BANNED.
Sometimes CISSUS IS HELD due to it being a plant extract(like most products) But this is mainly for COMMERCIAL QUALITIES!

These people order ALOT.. HUNDREDS... They need special permits.

Personal orders are fine.
NO CONFUSION. Go on as normal.

:)

Im thinking the company who makes Super Cissus rx has an agreement, that only the official Aus distributor can import their products, therefore protecting them from cheaper imports...

I'm well aware of what you are saying and the point you are making but.....

Do you live in Australia? If you do i'll pm you proving you can't order Super Cissus Rx into Australia.

I live in Australia.

And I'd love to see the proof, because there is no such thing as an exclusive agreement.
Customs do not give a flying ****.. if a distributor has exclusive agreements, it's not their problem/issue.

For personal use your allowed to import it.
Fedex is the WORSE. Use standard USPS.

I've had issues with Fedex before with Chocamine and Creatine and would never use them again.

Just sent you a pm.

This is NOT exclusive to USPlabs... It is as simple as this from what I have read...
If the product is not obviously mentioned on the approved list, it is import at your own risk.

Yep, I brought bulk USPowders Supercissus RX powder in the NP sale as well - through customs, as per usual.

IDK wtf all this is about, but Ive never had a drama getting USPLabs products, or any other non-hormonal product for that matter into Australia.

Guys please give me some advice. I don’t think it was necessary to start a new thread.

I live in Australia and about 6 weeks ago I ordered some goods from an online pharmacy. I have male pattern baldness and always order my hairloss stuff etc online as its cheaper. I occasionally order bodybuilding supplements. I did order Ephadrine once and customs seized it and sent me a warning letter.

6 Weeks ago I placed an order which included PT141 (libido issues due to hairloss drug) and IGFLR3. The website I ordered from said they have had no issues with customs and I was under the impression IGF was considered research and ok to important.

Long story short these have been at customs for weeks now. Normally I receive my orders in a week.

Do you think I will just get a warning letter or what do you think customs will do?
