Need a supp for size

I am 5"11 weighing in at 160 on a good day. I have used proteins and creatines before but none have given me the size i am looking for. My ideal weight is 170-175. As for strength i max around 250 on my bench, so the strength is there. I am really looking for something to add more size than strength...any suggestions?

More quality calories for sure. That is most important if you want to get bigger. After that, creatine can help add size and strength quickly.

That is an impressive bench for someone weighing 160. Almost twice your bodyweight. How long have you been training? What's your supp history look like?

Ok, so you have the protein covered. What about the rest of the calories? Are you getting sufficient carbs and fats as well?

OK first off how long you been lifting?

How old are you?

How many calories are you taking in with those six meals?

First off i am soon to be 21, im not too sure about my calorie intake during my six meals, i have never really counted. My supp history is just no-xplode for pre workout and some light creatine, nothing ever heavy and only a cycle or two.

Sweet your round my age so you got loads of time to learn your body

Lets start out by figuring out your BMR there are a number of equations to calculate this but we can go for simplicity sake lets go with a simple bulking equation:

(18 or 19) x lbs of body weight

For you lets go with 19x160= 3040 for bulking

If you were cutting it would be 12-14 x body weight. There are more complicated and probably more accurate ways of figuring this out but this is for simplicity sake.

So throughout the day you gotta take in 3040

Now i would reccomend clean complex carbs, good amounts of good fats and at least 1.5-2 grams of protein per lbs of weight.

Supps i gained with:

Anabolic Pump USP labs
SuperPump250
SizeON

I would highly reccomend the Asteroid stack

Anabolic Pump
PowerFull
Prime

I havent dabbled with cycles yet but these are the supps that worked the best for me

Also if you wanna add in Drive and RPM from Applied Nutricueticals worked well when i used some my friend let me try.

There are numerous diets like carb cycling, metabolic diet, etc that give you diff macro break down but the key is increase in calories and carefully monitoring what u eat.

ha one of the most addicting supps ive taken

USP Labs concoctions that helps increase strength and lean mass by i believe increased nitrogen retention. Non-hormonal and its not a test booster but it gets results. Helps recovery and greatly aids in strength gains.

By far one of my fave supps.

Go over and start browsing the USP Labs forum.

They also got a sweet pre-workout jack3d....i liked it alot and plan to start using it again, one of my fave pre-workouts. Creatine on the other hand im a big fan of creatine mono.

your diet is going to be what puts on the size.

Are you into cars? think about having a nice car, and then putting exhaust or even a turbo/supercharger on it. Now think of those as the supplements. The car runs better with those but if there is not enough gasoline in the tank, those parts are worthless. Same thing with supplements. If you don't have enough calories/protein/carbs/fats for your body to function normally AND build muscle on top of the days activities...supplements will not magically create muscle out of nothing.

I enjoyed powerfull a lot, but for size, it never really did much, it helped me for cutting a lo actually. For size, I recommend Mass fx and hyperdrol X2 or Jungle warfare. Thats an awesome test boosting stack that should put some nice size on you if your eating enough!

Talking about creatine specifically, i would recommend gasparis sizeon
or nutras bulk creatine gluconate.

Sizeon is honestly the only "million dollar ad" over hyped creatine complex
i will buy if i can get it for $30 or less.

Prime will help with strength gains
Anabolic Pump will help with getting the most out of what you eat

Powerfull i used during a strength routine and i love it

I never took Jungle Warefare, Mass Fx, or Hyperdrol b/c i decided to opt for a prime/powerfull combo for strength gains.

SizeON is a great creatine product

But i will stress again the key thing is diet bro. I would highly perfecting your diet for bulking. Take maybe a month or two OR more to get this down. THEN add in supps to give you that edge.

SizeOn, Whey, Isolate, BCAA's, Gultamine, Multi, Etc can be used as staples to cement a clean diet before you add anything.

And i wouldnt know if you need PCT with HX2, but i would assume that with both Mass FX and HX2 you will not need PCT since they are often used during PCT. But i am pretty sure that you need to cycle the stuff on and off.

Go look up the threads made for explaining those products

I like this analogy...but, learn how to drive the car before you get the power add-ons!! The diet and workout routine need to be disciplined in order for the supps to have their full impact. If you can't gain weight by simply varying your food intake then learn that aspect first.

AZ and Carpee are right on the money

couldn't have said it better.

REPS!

Yes carpee and az are giving super solid info..
But if your max is really 250 then your on the track of good lifting.
I am 170 right now with a max around there- I don't have a spotter but I do 225 for 17 reps (Rest-Paused)..
I too haven't really done many supps- I have been lifting 4 years extremely rigourously--my goal always to look big but instead I just get cut and stronger (Not a bad thing but not my goal also)
I haven't found a supplement or a solution to gaining max proportional to my strength gains at this point, creatine is a stable as well as a multi and omegas. I've done a few PH's but again only gain strength.
IF you do run PRIME or any of those natural products, leme know how it goes cuz I wanna put on more MASS as well not just keep increasing the weights.
