I've read that r-ala is useful for both cutting and bulking.. I was planning on using it as it gets closer to the evening, and on really unclean meals.. when is the best time to use it for bulking, and at what dosage?
I was reading that r-ALA, ALA are bad for cutting and bulking. Though they do stop the insulin spike, the r-ala drives glucose into both muscle and into fat cells. It shoudl not be used as a glucose disposal agent is what I read. Animal has written alot lately regaurding this.
