glycobol and creatine

I noticed on the glycobol label is says it helps utilize creatine. I Just started taking creatine and it doesn't say on the bottle of glycobol if you need to take the glycobol and creatine at similar times or not. Right now I take glycobol around 11 and 5 during the day while creatine I take at 8am and 9am(pre and post WO). Should I change the times when I take either?

No, as long as you take the glycobol before you take creatine you are good to go, Na-R-ALA the ingredient in glycobol that allows for better utilization of ones creatine.
