For my post workout drink, it's 60g waxy maize and 10g bcaa's. I am now going to re-establish creatine mono in my diet. My question is how much can you add to waxy maize before its "quick action" ability is rendered useless? For example, can I add creatine mono to my WM/BCAA post workout drink?
