    Waxy Maize + add ins


    Question,

    For my post workout drink, it's 60g waxy maize and 10g bcaa's. I am now going to re-establish creatine mono in my diet. My question is how much can you add to waxy maize before its "quick action" ability is rendered useless? For example, can I add creatine mono to my WM/BCAA post workout drink?

    In the past I have typically done 10g crea mono with my waxy maize post workout, but I havent done that with 10g bcaa's as well. Would you recommend 5g crea with my pre workout WM/BCAA and 5g crea with my postworkout WM/BCAA, or 10g crea post only?

    Don't use waxy maize. Look at my post on it. If any thing go with vitargo or carbolyn.
