which one is best without any side effects? I have a little bit of excess fat underneath my chin and jowl area? Just really a tiny bit. hard to tell by others but i can tell. I know these products only work if you have very little fat? I dont have much fat at all. So i was going to see if a cream would work for this and which one would be better without side effects. Thinking that it might cause reaction to skin int hat area or other side effects. Let me know.

I Feel more burn sensation with Dermatherm Original but with this new i notice nothing
i stacked the 2 gels and the effect is WOW Burn baby Burn it was my last 4 pumps of the original but i see again this in bb.com

The MW is ~115, so it would be able to penetrate the skin.
