I haven't been on the site for a while because i got tips and started lifting. I was bulking but now i gained a bit of fat and i really should start cutting now. The supps i used for bulking where BSN True-Mass once i finished that i used CytoGainer also N.O Xplode fish oil caps and multi vitamin. I know eating less and exercising more is good when u want to cut but is there any supplement that can help with cutting? Also i made that title up for fun so people can read my thread, this has nothing to do with prohormones.:happysad:

not sure on this but i hear a lot of people take a herb called acai berry to help them lose weight never tried it myself but it may be worth researching. good luck! oh also do cardio im the morn befor you eat that will help alot it will be some what catabolic but you will lose fat fast

But anyway ya I would def suggest picking up some BCAAs(to preserve lean muscle mass) and beta alanine(help with endurance).

I thought the title was funny =]. But definitely try some CLA, obviously clean whey protein, maybe a decent thermogenic.
