    homeade purple intrain well sorta


    ok well i was gonna buy some purple intrain but then i realized i didnt want to waste money on things put together that i already have so i decided to just make my own since i have a kilo of leucine, a kilo of bulk bcaas, lots of wms, beta alanine, true protein's electrolyte powder and some other stuff i think ill add like citrulline malate oh and 5grams of 2% corsolic acid. i looked at purple intrains profile and the only thing i cant figure out is how much corsolic acid to add to my mix because they dont say how many mgs are per serving like they do for some of the other ingredients. so far i added 150 g leucine to 150g bcaas plus 300g wms ,80g beta alanine,72g citrulline malate, and 80g citrus dew flavoring. that comes out to almost 14g per serving if i divide by 60 without the banaba added in. im think i should just add 1.8 grams of the 2% corsolic acid i have which would give me 30mg perserving. what do you guys think?

    I think you should just buy the product lol.

    Seriously, the convenience, and taste.... too bad they don't have free samples, i think the taste would definitely do it for ya

    I'm just not sure the citrus dew flavoring would make all of those bulks taste good.

    agreed, plus he is missing the glycine and hydro whey. the vitamin b 12 is very high dosed as well and costs a fortune.

    Yeah I can definitely feel the mega amount of B12 during my workouts. High energy but no jitters.

    L-Glutamine, L-Arginine, L-Proline, L-Asparagine, L-Glutamic Acid, L-Cysteine, L-Serine, L-Aspartic Acid, 3,5,4'-Trihydroxystilbene, Polygonum Cuspidatum Ext. 5:1, L-Glycine, L-Alanine, L-Phenylalanine

    360g wms

    80g beta alanine

    72g citrulline malate

    electrolytes (broken down per serving)
    Sodium 40mg
    Chloride 60mg
    Calcium 50mg
    Magnesium 25mg
    Potassium 25mg
    Vitamin B6 6.7mg
    Manganese 1.7mg
    Vitamin c 500mg
    Vit E 30iu
    niacin 25mg
    Potassium 30mg
    L-Tyrosine 17mg
    Glycine 75mg

    150g leucine

    4g corsolic acid 2%

    betaine 100g



    So all together its about 1260g so each serving is about 21 grams and each serving has 6 g wms so 24 cals per serving i guess. i dont know if aminos have caloric value or not ive never counted them so i dont see a reason to now. keep in mind this was all bulk stuff i already had and just threw together so it didnt exactly cost me anything to make it since i already had it. ive tried intrabolic and intraid and xtend and i like this little blend that i made alot better, when i do get some money ill probably end up buying some purpleintrain anyways but until then this is what ill use. lemme know what you guys think

    Well I hope you didn't just mix it all together in a container?

    I say this because it wont assure you eveing doseing? Some days you may get a lot more of one ingredient than another. Not to mention the taste difference.

    I made my own X-Tend for a while with some left over supps I had and it was horrid and a pain to do vs. just buying X-Tend and it was all to save a few $. Not like $100 or somthing
