ALCAR vs. regular L carnitine for fat loss ...

I've started doing some research on acetyl l carnitine vs. regular l carnitine, and most reccomend LCAR, but then I came across a website that mentioned that normal L - Carnitine is better for burning fat. Anyone know if this is true?

I use ALCAR pre-workout in my drink and it really amps up the metabolism and I feel it is contributing factor in my leaning out in the last few months. If you really want the benefits of both get some Beverly International Quadracarn, you get all forms and it should give you the best of all 4 kinds of Carnitine.

Thats a great plan.Throw in some taurine and chocamine and it would be a nootropic with leaning and energy.

That's an interesting combination, do you do this?

I love Chocamine and would never be without it. I use it with Rhodiola Rosea for great energy and super good moods.

I might add some Taurine to it.
