    Coleus Forskohii


    I am going to start using Coleus Forskohii I bought the NP capped and bulk. (Capped to get me started )

    I have read dosages all over the place.. My inital thought is 2 twice a day.At 20% of 4 x100mg caps thats 80mgs a day

    Thoughts ?

    Ive bought it in bulk and it did nothing for me. Maybe a slight increase in libido and weight loss...But nothing to write home about.

    Why do you plan on using it?

    Save your money.

    I was going to add it to my summer stack

    Eviscerate- followed by flawless 2 x a day
    DCP- 2 3x per day and 1 before bed
    Alpha-Burn 1 preworkout fasted cardio possibly another later in day
    PLCAR-(RPN BULK) 2 grams pre workout another 1g later in day
    Formestane (CEL topical) 75mg 2x a day
    ALCAR -(bulk Nutra) 750 mg 3 x a day
    Glycobol
    Vat Attack- 1gram 3x a day
    Green tea (primordial performance)- 1 3x a day
    CLA (primordial performance) 4 grams 2x a day
    Scivation Sesamin
    ephedrine HCI 25mg x2 a day
    Coleus Forskohii

    good luck finding out what works and what doesn't...and if you're in a funk from it, you won't know what is the cause...good luck anyhow

    75-100 mg is a good dose but if you can stomach it than go 125.

    Corosolic acid (because theres no salvia, studies show this can inhibit DGAT= inhibit trigliceride formation)
    hawthorne
    insitol and choline

    most in bulk

    should be fun to add with everything else

    it tastes horrific, i have high tolerance to supplement tastes since they are beneficial I tend to ignore the taste but this stuff is up there as the worst of the worst, I cap mine... i dont want this stuff to go near my taste buds again!

    I would use the coleus at 100mg + vat attack at 1 gram, to block cortisol first thing in the morning, before and after workouts at this dose, and once before bed with 1 glycobol tablet and 1 dcp.
    I would take 2g of cla and 1 cap of green tea with 3 main meals, or once in morning, noon and late afternoon along with dcp but take with meals.
    In between meals and before workouts i would take 1 gram plcar, and transdermal formestane as recommended.
    And 1-2 caps of glycobol bewfore meals as recommended.
    The ephedrine, alpha-burn, sesamin, alcar, eviscerate, and flawless id keep for after these finish, ive tried to put the supplements that ive found most synergistic together, i know its up to you, but this is what id do, then the ephedrine, stacked with alpha burn, will work great together as your body fat lessens, the sesamin will be more noticeable, as will the effects of eviscerate.
    Hope it goes well bro, but i would never use all these ate once, there will be a lot of interactions that might waste the effects of some outstanding supplements.

    I mix most in apple extend and it not bad or maybe I'm just used to it lol

    coleus works by bypassing all receptors and increasing camp levels. the result is a non stim fat burning effect. some studies say it can support hormone levels...

    Make that 8000

    Eviscerate, alpha-burn and ephedrine are VERY effective and compliment well.

    the coleus powder doesnt mix well in fluids and makes the thing i have put it in taste horrible. Hard flavor to mask. I just cap now. I must have strong bowels or bunk powder because no amount of this stuff has had any negative affect.
