best time to take EAA stack??

I picked up some EAA stack the other day to add to my supps. I was just wondering when is the optimal time to take it?

Optimally? You can use it preworkout or postworkout. You can also use it intraworkout. I'd def save it for lifting days though, unless you are on a cut. Also, for more flexibility, consider adding some basic carbs like dex or malto or dex/malto. Adding that + creatine makes for a very basic PWO drink, for example.
