I use the stuff called NO-SALT (salt-substitute) in place of salt for two reasons:
1) To get my Potassium in (I know, it's not the BEST source of K+) to offset the sometimes higher amounts of Sodium that comes with a high meat diet.
2) TO offset my somewhat acidic diet from lots of meats
My question:
Is the Potassium Chloride I get from my No-Salt alkaline? Is it as alkaline as Potassium Citrate or BiCarnonate (the BEST types)?
Thanks
