I've heard that calcium will aid in fat loss, is this true? and if so, which kind is most bioavailable? Vit. D obvioiusly helps, but whats better- citrate? coral? others? thanks in advance for the input, as always!
Calcium Citrate absorbs the best. Vitamin D helps the absorption. I personally have not heard it aiding in fat loss other than if you are in a calcium deficiency.
