    carbohydrate supp

I'm thinking about buying carb supp, something in the lines of waxy maize. Virtigo is to expensive. Can you suggest the most bang for the buck. I've looked at IDS and glycomaize. What do you guys think? Also I want something that is natural on not flavored.

Optimum nutrition has glycomaize which is waxy maze. if i remember it was reasonable, and tasteless.
For me, the action IS the juice.
