TAKE EPI DAY OR NIGHT!! WHAT TO DO!!!

When should I take EPI. Do you split up the dose, before and after workout. Or do I take it all before working out. Or should I take it in the morning? I am really confused on this. PLEASE HELP:bigeyes:

I will be pulsing epi tues, wed, fri, and sat.

I would shoot for every 5 to 6 hours =].

Spread it out and then 4 or so hours later, take your cycle support.

That should work well!

So if I am taking 30 mg, do I take the pills 3 times a day, then after the last pill, wait 4 hours and take the support?

Why would it affect my sleep, I would be taking topical formestane, cycle support, and IGF-2 between 8-9pm. Do these keep me up?

formestane & epi is probably too much because epi tends to dry you out as well. I'd say save the form for another day.

when i pulsed epi i took 20-30 mgs spread out the day, pre workout then 10 mgs post.

p.s. u posted in the supplement section. Hope u know Epi is a steroid.

You didn't know what kind of compound Epistane was and you bought it ??

I knew it was real potent. I have been researching for 2 weeks about it. I just assumed since it was legal, it isnt a steroid, even though it acts like one. Like I said, I thought the term steroid implied illegal. I am waiting to research this some more before I start the stack.

Should I take IGF-2 on cycle or wait PCT, I could take Form on PCT too,.I was looking for a AI to take on the off days while on Epi like DR. D stated in the pulse thread. Sorry about posting this in the supplements.
