Need info on stack

I am new to the website, so I hope I put this thread in the right place.

I have been researching epistane pulse cycle for a few days now. I am still not 100% sure on what to cycle with it. I purchased the IBE epistane, AI cycle support, and AI post cycle support stack.

1. I am going to do the 4x cycle since I workout 5 days a week. I am not sure what I need to take on the off days. I was going to take DHEA and a test booster, but I dont know what test booster to take and how much I should take, and time of day to take it.

2. Should I take the test booster every day?
3. What test booster do you recommend.
4. Should I take fish oil with epistane
5. Is there anything else I should take on PC besides AI post cycle support, maybe Formex if it is in stock?


I am 27 years old and have been lifting for 3 years straight, on and off for 5 years before that. Not sure if that is relevant.

Run 3 weeks phera, followed by 3 weeks epi.

1. DHEA is your feeling lethargic. Maybe also a product like IGF-2, powerfull, dopa-tech, etc. Im sure the board can help you much more than I can with that.

2. Personal opinion, but forget about test boosters on cycle, your testosterone is going to die, you just need to let it go =/... it will find its way home eventually...

5. Do you mean PCT? If so, you will get a wide variety of answers, most, I'm sure, while accurate, demanding a SERM. Beyond that, try formex =]. Or topical formestane, its working absolute wonders for me. Definitely Cycle Support. Maybe throw in some I3C.

Thanks eco. I will grab some Formex for PCT if I can find some, if not I will try the topical formestane.

I am still curious about the DHEA, Do I take that on the days I take the epistane or the days off?

What is better, DHEA, IGF-2, Powerfull or dopa-tech?

I have also been reading about milk thistle, is that something I should take everyday to or only on the days that I am not on epistane?

The good news is that AI's Cycle Support has milk thistle in it, but absolutely feel free to add more, preferably standardized! Take every day, night, before your cycle, and after your cycle.

I would really like to hear how well you liked the formex, I was going to buy it but its out of stock everywhere =/, so I got the topical formestane instead which, in 4 days, has reduced the puffiness around my nipples some already =].

DHEA is a precursor to other types of hormones, and while im not sure of the exact biological mechanism, appears to help with lethargy.

IGF-2, Powerfull, and Dopa-tech all work to increase natural growth hormone secretions. They really aren't crucial on a cycle, but the added sleep benefits will pay off immensely.
Now which one is better, im not sure, I have only used dopatech myself, but compared to the others, its ingredient profile it quite tame. Which reminds me, add Somidren-GH to that list, that stuff is downright amazing for sleep and recovery.

Honestly, all of the supplements in the world cannot cover up a diet.
1. Whey shake in the morning to break muscle catabolism.
2. Casein at night to promote extended release of amino acids.
3. Get your post workout meal preferably within half an hour, but an hour tops. Simple carbs.
4. Get yourself shaker cups, at least 2.
5. Controlled complex carbs and whey protein generally every two hours or so in the form of smaller meals. You never want to not be in an anabolic state.
6. And again, good fats. That means fish oil and plenty of it!

Epi is amazing. Gyno reduction, sex drive boost, very dry gains, great strength gains. Properly manage it and you will have an awesome cycle and equally impressive strength and lean mass gains :usa:

Thanks again ECO. I just ordered topical formestane and IGF-2.
I agree on the diet, I have lost a good amount of fat from eating correctly, I just need a boost and I need to work on my sleep.
I cant to see the gains. THANKS AGAIN!!!

I was gonna say, with your obvious fat loss yet weight gain, you must be doing damn well with muscle gain =].

I would really like to hear how well it all goes for you, especially the IGF-2.
