I notice that most of my friends take too many supplements. I came to the conclusion that 3 supplements would make a perfect stash. So my question is what are the 3 supplements you would take to make your stash. My 3 are:

1. Protein
2. Multi
3. Bcaa

Actually for myself it would be:

Resveratrol
Alcar
Na-RALA

The rest I can get from my diet.

A lot of stuff that is supplemented can be acquired through food, BUT that is not normally the case. So, for Average Joe, I recommend:

whey protein
creatine monohydrate
multi-v/m

(caffeine would be #4)

I thought 1HP might reply:
Resveratrol
Resveratrol
Resveratrol ... ;)

Anyway for me the answer is there isn't an answer... you need to cycle and the staple stuff you never notice. In no particular order
B vitamins: including synthetics picamilon + sulbutamine - AX Slim Xtreme
test boosters
resveratrol - particularly AlphaSustain

Depends how much protein you consume. Eating several chicken breasts for example throughout the day,is hard on your digestive system. Digesting meat can take up to 3 hours. If you do go down that route, then to lessen the burden on your digestive system , digestive enzymes should be considered.

I'd say top favorite types/brands over a generalized category. You have some products that take care of several of the top three mentioned allowing you to get a bit more if you buy smart. Of course you need to pay attention to quality and quanity when dealing with products with multiple ingredients.

Are you talking here dessicatted liver tabs -they were around when Arnie was a lad .Also if you are taking powdered protein in addition to that supplied in the diet , i would have thought there would be no further requirement for aminos other than additional bcaa,s
Also liver tabs supply iron and overdosing on iron is not recommended. From what ive seen when people have used these , they are taken by the handful to get a decent supply of protein/aminos, so from that point of view it would be quite easy to get too much iron.

Let's just strike the protein. Everyone is listing it and it's quite understood that it's pretty crucial to everyone. Aside from that, I'd say:

1. Alcar
2. BCAAs (both Xtend and RecoverPRO)
3. Geranium (in moderation)
