i need help dosing prime 800mg caps. i have 300 and trying to get bigger w/o the use of a PH first. 160lb 5-7 i donno know BF but i have little i want to say 8-9.

6 every day with food. 2 caps three times daily and take one day off.

You can also dose 2 caps 30 minutes pre workout for an immediate increase in strength and endurance.
