Jack3d. Excuse me, but WTF.

This is not a rant on Jack3d to convince other people not to use Jack3d, but to share my experience in hope of some good advice. I've been taking Jack3d for one week now. I take Jack3d 30 minutes after my preworkout shake of whey and carbs. First I took the 1.5 scoops. It starts out with an itching feeling like I'm covered in insulation that you would find in your attic(extremely annoying). Then I feel spun out of my mind. I would compare it to coming down off of a hard narcotic like cocaine or meth. I loose focus and just want to sit around and pant. Strength has decreased I think because my heart is racing and its wearing me out. I sweat like a whore in church and walk around clenching my jaw. That was day one and two. Day three I noticed being calmed down and made it through my workout, but didn't have any focus gains, strength gains, or endurance gains. So day four, I take 2 scoops, back to walking around like a weak crack head. I took a day off and now I've been trying between 1.5-2 scoops for the last three days with simular results. Either really geeked up and not able to workout or just no notice of a supplement. I can say that I get a really good pump on my first excercise that stays all workout. My pulse remains elevated for hours after my workout. Is there any reason I should keep trying to use Jack3d or should I just pick up some Super pump 250 tommorrow?
 
I would guess you are having a poor reaction to the dimethylamylamine (Geranium). I would either: a) try .5 scoops, or; b) cease use. Unfortunately, there is not much else I can tell you in this case, baker.
 
The itchy feeling is from the Beta Alanine (happen to me even when I use it in bulk form @ 2 grams). The feeling you described has happened to me as well, but not using this particular product but instead some of the ingredients on their own.
I would recommend you cut your dosage in half, and keep yourself hydrated, even if you need to buy some gatorade to keep the electrolytes balanced.

Anything you use with BA in it will give you that feeling. And most Preworkouts these days have it in there. Some dont but most.
 
I think Superpump has it in it too.

You want to take super pump 250 which also has stimulants? It is like Jacked but over priced.
 
Not to speak down abouit SP, but if you have a sensitive stomach watch out.
 
Ok, first off, you seem rather uneducated about sports supplements to begin with. If you don't know what those tingles are from, you obviously don't do your homework when you purchase a product, and you don't bother to read the ingredients.
Second, it says right there on the label "some individuals may find 1 scoop per serving is the ideal dose." If you had a bad experience using 1.5 scoops, why would you up the dosage to 2 scoops?

If you dont want to mess with stims check out AI maniac, or Axis Slingshot. Both have been known for good clean energy.

I never get that feeling from jack3d. im 6'1 200 lb and All i need is 1 scoop or 1.5 when i'm really tired. I would stop using it if your experiencing that affects from it. Just stick to a normal caffine pre workout product. While your out buying SP stop by the post office and send me the rest or your jack3d??????? :)
 
jack3d worked amazingly well for me. I didnt notice any increase in vasclarity, but the focus and drive in the gym was out of control. and i was only dosing at 1.5 scoops. amazing product in my opinion

Have to say im right there with you on this one, though i never fealt any kind of pump while on it. Makes me feal like complete s##t right after i take it and my workouts suffer big time. I change my pre work out drink to a different co to give them a shot to find the one that works the best for me and i keep going back to no explod or super pump 250 either or does it for me. Jack3d doesnt do jack s**t for me but does work for others. My advice is to find one that works for you but you might have to try a few out to see.
 
Jacked is one of the coolest workout supplements I've seen! you only need to use one scoop of it. Maybe you just can't handle stimulants, but i thought it was fricken sweet! and it is an extremely reasonable price. USP labs rocks my world!
 
i loved the original jacked but jack3d isn't as good imo, i picked some up because i was having trouble getting energy for my workouts, but i also hate the beta alanine tingles, it's very annoying, try taking ur whey and carb drink closer to the time u drink the jack3d and you won't get the tingles, as far as energy goes, when i'm working out i don't notice it like i did with jacked and as soon as i leave the gym i get shaky, the one time i had to sign my name on a paper like 10 minutes after i left the gym and the girl looked at me like i was on crack

Yea I definitely notice the itching too... but other than that, it seems to work well for me.
 
Woah off 1.5 scoops, if im real tired 3 scoops brings me to normal but if im normal I get no improvement. Dont usually take any stimulants or coffee either guess im just unlucky, had the same with RPM.
 
Dont worry bout it, you always get cawks like that in forums, if youve takin super pump and worked ok, id stick with that. Ima SP junkie and love how you can double up on a scoop and still not feel too stick, or for me at least. Hope things work out dude

Velocity XT gives me the same effect. It's the dyma + pea in V XT imo.

Let me see, he took the high end of the recommended dosage of a supplement he knew nothing about, and **** his pants (figuratively speaking). So he upped the dose, and it was worse. So his next step is to come here and bitch about the product, as if usplabs held a gun to his head and made him updose his first serving?

No wonder the fda wants to ban EVERYTHING, too many out there need a nanny. If he had taken the time to search "jack3d", he would've read the writeup, as well as user feedback. He'd know wtf. The tingle was, and why he felt like he just snorted a line.

What next? "A big guy at the gym handed me a needle and said if I want to look like him I should inject it, so I did, and now I am wearing a bra and my walnuts look like peanuts. Ahem, wtf, please?"
 
jacked is badass....I take 2 scoops, get the insane tingle, and my arms swell up until my stretch marks almost bleed during bicep sets. NO other Pre-workout sup has done this for me...not even 2 scoops of superdump 250 waste of money

lay off the jacked bro. It is clear that you love the stuff and maybe it is making you a little intense. People have done way worse things on here.

If he takes the recommended dosage even at the high end and has a **** fit then I would like to hear about it.

No, but I understood what it does, how I should feel, and I took a half dose to test the waters. ;)
