Protein Shakes so dang FROTHY LOL

Anything I can throw in my P-shales to make them less frothy - sort of thinned out?

I do 25 grams fresh strawberries+ 40 grams of whey and some lecithin to thin it out/tame the bubbly consistency. Nothing.

This is my breakfast and pre-w/o meal so oils are not of appeal to me as I reserve all fats meals 4,5, 6 of 6.

i'd say its the strawberries making it frothy, just take them out and eat them whole, they go down easy
 
are you adding water to that also, or just the juice from the strawberries? are you blending it to death into a smoothie? The longer in the blender, the frothier it can get.
I agree, eat the strawberries seperate or add a bit more water, and less blending.

What kind of whey? Isolate? Some of the cheaper isolates will turn into froth.

I agree. Blend not as long, and slow it down a bit. That should do it.
