Anything I can throw in my P-shales to make them less frothy - sort of thinned out?
I do 25 grams fresh strawberries+ 40 grams of whey and some lecithin to thin it out/tame the bubbly consistency. Nothing.
This is my breakfast and pre-w/o meal so oils are not of appeal to me as I reserve all fats meals 4,5, 6 of 6.
