first of all, id like to say this is a BAMF board with tons of great info.
secondly, i'm getting ready to start a cycle and i'd like to run my plans by everyone. feel free to let me know if i need something else or i need to change a dosage or if i'm wasting my time with something.
week 1 - 1 tab daily
weeks 2-4 - 2 tabs daily
milk thistle extract:
2 600mg tabs daily for
1 20mg tab daily for weeks 3-4 of m-drol (gyno prevention)
i also take bodytech's ultimate man elite multivitamin... 1 in the a.m., 1 in the p.m... my pre-workout is 1.5 scoops of n.o. shotgun
2 20mg tabs daily (40mg/day)
1 20mg tab daily (20mg/day)
i'm trying to keep it as economical as possible being a broke-a$$ white kid. i think everything looks good for my cycle. i'm mostly concerned about needing anything else for PCT and losing all the gains because my PCT sucked. so any input is greatly appeciated.
