Have a ingredient list and need help with it!

So they bottle says this on the list of ingredients.
Propritary blend 463MG
-Gamma oryzanol
- tribulus terrestris 40% extract
-jujuba 5:1 extract
-polyrachis Ant 5:1 extract
-tongkat ali 100:1 extract
-20 beta-hyproxy ecdysone 70%
- zinc orotate

It says take 3 a day and each capsule contains all these. What does all this mean? Does it look good? Thanks
 
You probably take one with each meal......Do you know what the product is? Judging by the ingredients a natty t-booster. What do you need to know?
 
OO ya sorry guys Its called Test Xtreme. testosterone amplifier. I got it from a friend for free So im going give it a try. I think the really only ingrediedent that sounds promising is the tongkat ali 100:1 extract. He said it is suppose to be really good and get great gains in just a month. Something like a inch in size on arms (which i think has to be impossible.) What is the best natty test booster out there. I heard they are like a step below actual steriod use and do not need PCT. IS it Prime?
 
Thanks guys i figured it was all hype. Maybe ill just keep it to the side for now and keep doing what Im doing and see if i get results. MY stack is

amp protein shakes.
 
I would take it if I got it for free lol.
