in your opinion, what is the best post workout carb source? Preferably keeping fat gains to a minimum.

is waxymaize a superior carb though? what about ground up oats added to post w/o shake? i like malto too because how cheap it is but im worried about excessive fat gains

everyone thought WMS would be superior but people have moved past that.

no problem man, if you find your gaining fat, back off it or lower the dose perhaps. you shouldnt gain fat off it PWO tho, You can pretty much eat anything PWO lol.

you could just take a spoonful of honey too lol.

white bread and jelly wouldnt be bad either. Malto or honey would probably digest quicker.

There are many fast digesting carbs

GENR8 Vitargo S2 is what im taking now, read up on it. Supposedly quicker absorbing than malto or waxy.

combo of malto/dextrose
I use malto from gainer, add in dextrose, and ground oatmeal... Plenty of carbs, just be careful if your trying to stay lean... Malto will put some weight on you fast, especially if taken before bedtime.

I still find WM to be best if your looking to gain but if your cutting stick with grains post-workout.
