Let me ask you this. How is your diet and training? Can you lay it out for me so I can help you? One issue that I have heard from lipo 6 is that it actually increases some people's appetite. So if you end up eating more food it defeats the purpose of the increased metabolism. Unless you are only eating more protein of course .
