How long do I have to wait before taking my AEE powder after taking ALCAR powder?. If I take them both at the same time I get an itchy flushy red blotchy rash. It goes away within 20-30 minutes, but I would really like to avoid it alltogether. I'm adding L-Norveline next time, so I'm thinking that would make it even worse. I've read on here of someone elese with the exact same reaction so I'm sure this is pretty common.
